IDD-Parts strives for a 100% correct delivery of your order. Despite all the checks, in practice this is unfortunately not always possible. We will correct any errors as quickly as possible, in order to limit the inconvenience for you and the end user as much as possible. It is therefore important that you inform us as quickly as possible about the identified defect (with article number) and then give us the chance to offer you an appropriate solution.

IDD-Parts will only reimburse costs incurred by third parties if we have given explicit permission for this in advance. With any reimbursement we always assume realistic cost rates and travel distances of a maximum of one hour.
