New at IDD-Parts our own hydraulic units and adjustable brackets
At IDD-Parts we are continuously improving and expanding our range. We do this not only to keep our assortment complete but especially to make the work of technicians and service teams easier and faster. For this reason we now introduce our own hydraulic units powerpacks and adjustable brackets for docking systems.

The idea was simple. Some parts are essential for every dock leveller but can be difficult to obtain or unnecessarily expensive. This led us to develop our own line with the same functionality but with better availability and a more favourable price. Below you can read what is new and why more companies see this as a smart alternative.

New hydraulic units for swing lip and telescopic lip
We have added two new hydraulic units that are fully compatible with widely used dock levellers from Crawford Hafa Novoferm Assa Abloy and Alsta. The performance is exactly as expected but the main difference lies in the practical advantages.

Our units are available immediately which means that projects and maintenance do not need to be delayed. They are also attractively priced which gives better control over the maintenance budget without compromising reliability.

Both units have reliable three phase motors with integrated oil tanks and solid connections. They are designed to be easy to maintain and can be installed in existing systems without adjustments.

Powerpacks compatible with Loading Systems docking equipment
In addition to the hydraulic units we also developed two powerpacks that are suitable for commonly used dock levellers from Loading Systems in the series 232M and 232 HDA. These powerpacks connect to the existing hoses and fittings and can be used immediately as replacement units.

One important advantage is that these powerpacks are available more quickly than the original parts. They are also more powerful as they come with a three phase motor of one point five kilowatt as standard. This makes troubleshooting and maintenance easier and more predictable.

Adjustable brackets that make maintenance much faster
Anyone who regularly maintains hydraulic units or powerpacks knows how time consuming it can be to dismantle everything in order to reach a valve or connection. This is why we developed two adjustable brackets that greatly simplify this process.

• Adjustable U shaped bracket designed for bottom mounting. During maintenance you only need to loosen one side. The unit remains in place which saves time and reduces the risk of damage.
• Compact adjustable bracket ideal for side mounting and suitable for different types of units and powerpacks.

The brackets are made of six millimetre steel and come with mounting materials. In practice they save a lot of time and eliminate unnecessary actions.
