Available from stock: the torQtool 2 for the tensioning of torsion springs in a safe and healthy way. This is a new, improved and upgraded version of our existing torQtool!

The torQtool 2 is the industrial spring tensioning device for tensioning torsion springs of overhead doors in a healthy and safe way. No tension bars necessary anymore because of the use of your drilling machine. For all types and dimensions of torsion springs, all types of shafts and up to 320Nm. Minimalizing the physical strain for installers and service engineers of overhead doors! With ergonomics approved quality label.

The unique features and advantages compared to the existing spring tensioning tools in the market are:

• The capacity of the torQtool 2 is 320 Nm. Competitive tools indicate 500Nm but using the proper safety margins it is only 165 Nm.
• Fits on all springs plugs available on the market, including Canimex and Doco.
• Maximum safety! The fixation of the pens in the spring plug is with a spring technology instead of manually. This reduces the risk of not tightening properly and getting loose of the spring tensioning tool.
